The American media TMZ reports that this paid gathering was subject to strict health rules. Only masked people and groups of up to six people could travel together to allow fair social distancing. Outside the property, police were positioned to block access to anyone without a ticket, and barricades blocked the surrounding roads.

Coming from all over the world, fans were won over despite the resizing of the tribute. On Sunday, the day before the anniversary of Elvis Presley's disappearance, a digital gospel event was given to Graceland.

This commemoration comes a month after another disappearance, that of Benjamin Keough, son of Lisa-Marie Presley and grandson of the “King”, at the age of 27. The young man was found dead in Calabasas, California. If the cause of his death had not been revealed at first, it would appear, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office, that he committed suicide by gun.
