After many discussions, the Corona Cabinet decided yesterday to resume flights abroad to several destinations without making the flight conditional on isolation at departure or landing. The relevant destinations for this decision are Croatia, Bulgaria and Greece.

Those flying to Greece will be required to check Corona in the country before the flight. Upon landing, they will be required to undergo another check and wait at the hotel for the answer, up to 48 hours at most. Those flying to Bulgaria will be asked to perform a corona check in the country, about 72 hours before the flight. They will not be required to perform an additional inspection and stay in isolation upon entering Bulgaria. Those flying to Croatia will be asked to perform an inspection in the country about 48 hours before the flight and upon landing will not undergo an inspection and will not be required in isolation.

Other countries that should be included in the Foreign Ministry's green list are Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Rwanda, Canada and more. Those countries do not accept Israelis into their territory, so only those who hold a foreign passport that allows them to enter those countries can fly to them and return without the need for isolation. The decision will also apply to those who are already in those countries and hold an Israeli passport.
