Wedding dress designer Lee Grebnau photographed the spring-summer 2021 bridal collection with a line for brides: Elements that will change the look of the dress

These days, when many of the fashion designers are facing attempts to get back to routine and start the business, wedding dress designer Lee Grebnau is photographing the spring-summer 2021 bridal collection.

"This is a collection we had to photograph in April, but of course the photographs were postponed due to the closure. I was waiting for this moment even though I am already eight months old and it is not easy to get up at three in the morning for photographs taken at sea, but the fact that there is doing is happy ".

On choosing Riff Loyal as a presenter, she says, "I was looking for a model to represent the collection for a long time. I saw her in all sorts of series and really got excited about her, she fit my mind and imagined her with the models, and she does fit. ".

The new collection is called "LA BELLE APOQUE COLLECTION" which means "the beautiful period". According to Grebenau, this is a nickname for a period of flourishing, prosperity, renewal, harmony and beauty that prevailed in Europe in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. At that time the style of art and design that dominated it was called "Art Nouveau", this style was influenced by many motifs from nature - and this is the main inspiration of the collection.

In the collection you can see smooth and modern dresses, which are also suitable for intimate events in the spirit of the period, as well as rich dresses with a more dramatic and princessy look for larger events. The collection shows elegance about the temporary and classicism combined with sophistication and innovation. The collection is made of materials such as silk chiffon, satin and tulle with three-dimensional flowers, pearls and beads. A combination of elements such as climbing leaves, floral tissue, feathers and more.

Grebnau says that this time the collection is large and consists of 15 dresses, most of which have a variable element, for example a corset dress with two skirts, a removable cape, a removable leotard, removable sleeves, etc. "The idea is to give each dress another look with the help of accessories and thus achieve two looks in one model," she says. "Usually each collection consists of 10 models, but because of the closure I had time to add more models. I also expanded the possibility of staying with one dress throughout the evening with a change of element or two that would change the look of the dress."

Asked how the collection will be marketed abroad when this year does not have the bridal week that takes place every year in September, she answers that contact with buyers will be through zooms and online orders. "The collection itself will reach various stores around the world in early 2021.
