At least 170 species of marine species ingest plastic remains that humans throw on the beaches, but they are not the only animals that eat our garbage, there are other species that make them and are returning this oil derivative to our body.
A study carried out by researchers from the Vienna Medical University and the Austrian Environment Agency, already found microplastics inside human bodies, and that already represents a danger to our health.
