Salim Ayash, the main Hezbollah member accused in the attack in which former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri was killed on February 14, 2005, was found guilty by the UN Special Tribunal for Lebanon . The other three defendants were found not guilty. The Lebanese media reports. All four are fugitives. 

According to the Tribunal, which read today the verdict in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, there is insufficient evidence to find the other three accused, Assad Sabra, Hussein Oneissi and Hassan Merhi, guilty. After today's verdict, the sentence with the sentence imposed on Ayash will be handed down at a later time.
