VIDEO. Wearing a mask in business: the CGT points to a lack of clarity

2020-08-18T15:37:27.343Z

The union regrets, through the voice of its confederal secretary, a persistent vagueness around teleworking.

The Minister of Labor, Elisabeth Borne, unveiled Tuesday morning in front of the social partners, gathered by videoconference, the list of health measures likely to be applied to the return to work.

This new protocol, which will be presented in the coming days - time to collect the opinion of the High Council of Public Health - provides for the "compulsory wearing of a mask" in almost all situations, and recommends teleworking.

Fabrice Angéi, Confederal Secretary of the CGT, reacted to the Minister's announcements relating to the obligation to wear a mask in business. “The question is who will pay,” he believes, between employees and employers. The Confederal Secretary also regrets the absence of clearer recommendations from the government related to teleworking to avoid, according to him, "constraints on businesses".
