The Ministry of Health confirmed this Wednesday 66 new deaths from coronavirus in relation to Tuesday's report, so there are 6,114 fatalities due to the pandemic.
The fatality rate of the virus reached 2% and the general mortality reaches 133 people per million inhabitants.
Currently there are 1,799 people who suffer from the virus and require hospitalization in intensive care units. The occupancy level of the so-called critical beds is 57.7% in the entire country and scales to 68.2% if only the metropolitan region of Buenos Aires is taken into account.
The good news is that 228,725 people who had the virus have already recovered and were discharged, representing 74.7% of confirmed cases.
