Born in Wolverhampton in 1958, Nigel Slater is one of the most famous food journalists and chefs in the world. He is considered the poet among cookbook authors because his books are total works of art made up of language, images, graphics and recipes. For almost 30 years he has been writing a food column for the "Observer", in Germany his bestsellers are published by DuMont, and next, on September 22nd, is "Greenfeast, Part 2: Autumn / Winter".
