Teleworking, which during confinement made it possible to maintain the activity of many sectors, is becoming the angry subject between employers and unions. The latter are calling for the opening of inter-professional negotiations, to the chagrin of the employers who are opposed to it. The question is all the more sensitive as many employees have taken a liking to the practice, and the government recommends using it again in September to limit the risks of the spread of Covid-19.
To show its goodwill, the Medef proposed to the central trade unions to organize meetings and carry out a shared diagnosis on teleworking in normal times and during periods of confinement. The meetings which began on June 5 will be the subject of a joint summary.
