Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) affects a large percentage of the population, mainly women, so you have to pay close attention to the symptoms.
According to information from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), people with RLS feel a strong and often overwhelming need or urge to move their legs, something that is associated with abnormal, unpleasant or uncomfortable sensations.
