In life insurance too, real estate is a safe haven. As restrictions on euro funds increase, real estate funds, whose offer has grown considerably in recent years, are gaining more space in the portfolio of policyholders every year. The French have little taste for risk, and the stone is reassuring. “People are looking for consistency.
