Since then, the situation has deteriorated, which augurs well for a less prosperous year 2021. Difficulties in certain sectors (tourism, aeronautics, etc.) will weigh on the job market. "However, it is much easier to negotiate a salary increase when you change employer, which will become less obvious and probably less frequent with the crisis", notes Khaled Aboulaïch, CEO of Expectra, a subsidiary of Ranstad .
