The Refaeli family and Avidan Gov on their way to court: Rafi, Dor, On Refaeli and Neil Ben Porat filed a defamation lawsuit in the amount of NIS 300,000 against Avidan Gov.

In the lawsuit filed through attorneys Shlomi Weinberg and Eviatar Cohen, who specialize in defamation, and through attorneys Lia Philos, the plaintiffs allege that Gov disseminated false and malicious publications about them. As you may recall, the affair was revealed in Haim Etgar Keshet's 'Imposters' program.

The lawsuit, which was filed in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, details the claims of the Refaeli family, who claim that Gov rented the family's residential apartment, and that Gov did not meet the terms of the agreement. Following Refaeli's demand to pay the rent, according to the lawsuit, Avidan began a campaign of defamation and invasion of privacy, which included the publication of defamatory flyers.

At the beginning of the year, the tenants of the "Blue" project in North Tel Aviv were sent strange messages, according to which "due to the collapse of the Refaeli family and following the entanglement in the tax authority" they are trying to help them sell the apartments in the complex, with reference to Rafi Refaeli . The Refaeli family later issued a restraining order against Avidan Gov for four months. Gov tried to change the decision but Judge Aviv Sharon denied his request.

Members of the Refaeli family are demanding NIS 300,000 and an apology. A sequel will come and we will be updated.
