It also concerns new folding bicycles, with or without electric assistance, new cargo bikes with or without electric assistance, but also new adapted bicycles.

For adapted bicycles, note that only accessories to aid use or handling are taken into account for this premium, such as accessories for pedals, handlebars or transmission which allow the maintenance of a part of the body. , or even safety accessories such as rear-view mirrors or turn signals.

How to benefit from € 500 reimbursed on the purchase of your electric bike?

To take advantage of it, it's quite simple.

You just need to have bought an electric bike since December 1, 2019, to be of legal age or emancipated minor, and to live in the Île-de-France region.

You must also agree not to resell the bike for a period of 3 years.

The bike must have been purchased after December 1, 2019 for electric bikes or electric cargo bikes with or without electric assistance, and after May 1, 2020 for folding bikes with or without electric assistance and adapted bikes.

You will obviously need to provide a purchase invoice, and if you want to include the accessories, they must have been purchased at the same time as the bike and appear on the same invoice.

For adapted bikes, you will also need to provide a document justifying that you cannot use a conventional 2-wheel bike, such as a Mobility Inclusion Card or a medical certificate.

Then all you have to do is connect to the dedicated Île-de-France Mobilité platform and complete the form.

Other more traditional documents will be requested from you, such as proof of address, identity document, bank details.

Note that aids vary depending on the model.

For example, for a classic electric bicycle and its accessories, or a cargo bike without electric assistance and its accessories, the premium covers up to 50% of the price, with a maximum of 500 euros.

For electric cargo bikes with accessories, a maximum of 50% of the purchase amount is taken into account, but this time with a limit of 600 euros.

For folding bikes with or without electric assistance and their accessories, 50% of the price including tax can be refunded, up to 500 euros.

Finally, for adapted bicycles and their accessories, 50% of the remainder to be paid is taken into account, up to 1200 euros.
