Ingredients

    • 2 cups cooked rice

    • 1 cup black lentils

    • 1 bunch finely chopped parsley

    • 5 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 lemon squeezed into juice

    • Salt

    • Ground black pepper

    • 2 chopped tomatoes

    • 1 green hot pepper

    • 1 Kashtina ready

Preparation

How to make a rice salad and black lentils?

  • 1 Bring a pot of water, lentils and a little salt to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes until softened.

    Strain the cooking liquid if left over.

  • 2 Mix the cooked lentils with the cooked rice, chopped parsley, tomatoes and hot pepper.

    Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

  • 3 Pour the tahini into a serving dish and arrange the rice and lentil salad on top.

    Drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve.
