Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup black lentils
1 bunch finely chopped parsley
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon squeezed into juice
Salt
Ground black pepper
2 chopped tomatoes
1 green hot pepper
1 Kashtina ready

Preparation
How to make a rice salad and black lentils?
1 Bring a pot of water, lentils and a little salt to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes until softened.
Strain the cooking liquid if left over.
2 Mix the cooked lentils with the cooked rice, chopped parsley, tomatoes and hot pepper.
Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
3 Pour the tahini into a serving dish and arrange the rice and lentil salad on top.
Drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve.
