(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 04 SEPT - The 2020 presidential elections start today with the sending to North Carolina of the ballots of the 618 thousand voters who asked to vote by post.
North Carolina is one of the states in the balance, like four others - Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, Minnesota - which will start voting by mail or early by the end of September, which is before the first presidential debate scheduled for 29th this month.
Arizona, Ohio and Iowa will start early voting soon after, in the first seven days of October.
