RIMINI - Rimini will host the seventh edition of 'Al Meni' ('the hands' in the Romagna dialect, entitled a poem by Tonino Guerra) from 25 to 27 September, an event dedicated to food in all its forms.

Massimo Bottura, who conceived it together with the Municipality of Romagna, will be the protagonist together with 12 Emilian-Romagna chefs and as many talents of the national cuisine of the circus '8 1/2 of flavors', including starred showcooking, street food, dedicated markets to local products of excellence, artisans' labstore, meetings and workshops.

The circus proposes for the first time a special edition in the heart of the city, in a Cavour square and in the Giardino delle Mimosa transformed by the circus Fellini atmospheres, in the year of the centenary of the birth of the master of cinema.

"Al Meni has always focused on the talents of the international gastronomic panorama and on the cornerstones of the gastronomic cuisine of the region. In this particular year, which saw all distances widen, it was decided - the organizers explain - to tell about Italy, through vision of a contemporary national gastronomy by interpreters of author catering from different backgrounds, who on the whole will give a portrait of the direction of the cuisine of our country in the coming years ".
