(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 09 SEPT - It is still socially dangerous Luigi Chiatti, the one who defined himself as the 'monster of Foligno' for having been killed between 1992 and 1993 in the Umbrian city Simone Allegretti, four years old, and Lorenzo Paolucci, 13. He established him the supervisory judge of Cagliari.

Chiatti will therefore still have to remain in the residence for the execution of security measures in Capoterra, in Sardinia.

His social risk is evaluated by the judge every two years.

The security measure could theoretically last for life.

Chiatti was arrested by the police after the Paolucci murder and was definitively sentenced to 30 years in prison, a sentence he has now finished serving.
