(ANSA) - MILAN, SEPTEMBER 09 - IVASS, the insurance supervisory authority, approved the statutory amendments approved last July 31st by the Cattolica shareholders' meeting and the text of the statute of the joint stock company which will come into force from 1 April 2021. Cattolica, a note reads, has therefore started the procedures for the registration of the articles of association and the resolution of transformation into a spa in the register of companies.
"Taking into account the above - explains Cattolica -, the transaction with Generali will therefore be able to enter its executive phase". On the stock exchange, the news was welcomed: the stock rose by 4.5% to 5.11 euros, while remaining below the 5.47 euros at which the exercise value of the right of withdrawal was set. (HANDLE).
