(ANSA) - CAGLIARI, 09 SEPT - "The places in the intensive care dedicated to coronavirus patients at the Santissima Trinità hospital are exhausted, now we are planning the opening of the second therapy we had organized for cases no covid".

The medical director of the Covid hospital in Cagliari, Sergio Marracini, told ANSA.

"There were eight places available in the first intensive care dedicated to Covid-19 - he specified - in the second there are eight other places. They were to be used to resume surgical activity inside the hospital, we had planned interventions.
