"To this day, four days after the incident, no one in the police took responsibility, did not apologize," Engelmeier wrote, adding that "all this happened after I knew the policemen at the 'Winter Noise' event I was invited by the Jerusalem municipality to appear in the city, and the municipality's attorney general. He ruled that Shoshka had the right to perform in Jerusalem, in the name of freedom of expression.
