After eight years at the head of Dentsu Aegis Network in France, Thierry Jadot is about to leave the parent company of Carat for other entrepreneurial adventures.
He will be replaced on October 1 as chairman of the French subsidiary of the Japanese advertising group by his current number two, Pierre Calmard, who has headed the media and performance division since 2017.
The latter brings together the main battalions of Dentsu France: the media consulting agencies Carat and Vizeum as well as the digital marketing activities (iProspect, Amplifi, AMNet).
Thierry Jadot will continue to act as senior advisor to Dentsu France.

When Thierry Jadot took the reins of Aegis Media France, in April 2012, the group had not yet passed under the Japanese flag.
The effective takeover of the British media buying specialist by Dentsu only took place in July of the same year, after the exit of the Bolloré group, which held 26.4% of the capital, making it its largest shareholder.
