Against US actor Kevin Spacey, 61, a lawsuit has been filed for sexual assault.
Actor Anthony Rapp, 48, and another man, whose name is not disclosed, accuse Spacey of molesting her as a minor in the 1980s, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday night before the New State Supreme Court York was filed.
Rapp, who became known among other things with the musical "Rent" and the TV series "Star Trek: Discovery", had previously made similar allegations public.
Spacey had apologized to him at the time, but at the same time stressed that he could not recall any such incidents.
Spacey has been accused of sexual assault on multiple occasions.
However, at least two lawsuits have already been withdrawn.
The acting career of the Oscar winner, who became famous worldwide primarily with the series "House of Cards", has come to a standstill since the allegations.
Spacey, however, repeatedly speaks up with video messages and most recently appeared in March with a speech at an online edition of the Munich start-up festival "Bits & Pretzels".
