(ANSA) - NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 10 - New judicial troubles for KevinSpacey: the Oscar-winning actor for American Beauty has been charged with sexual harassment by actor Anthony Rapp and another man who asked to remain anonymous.
The facts date back to the 1980s, when both accusers were fourteen.
Three years ago, the first of a series, Rapp accused Spacey of unwanted advances.
The actor, who starred in Rent on Broadway and the CBS series Star Trek: Discovery, had pioneered other complaints against the House of Cards star.
The other man, identified with the initials CD, has once said that he was just 12 when he met Spaceyd during acting lessons and that the star would have invited him to the house several times "to have sex".
In the last meeting, Spacey allegedly tried to rape the boy despite his repeated "no".
The teenager later managed to escape from the apartment.
The new lawsuit was filed in the New York Supreme Court in Manhattan: the two men, who are asking to be compensated for an unquantified sum, claim that they have suffered psychological damage and suffer from "emotional malaise, humiliation, terror, anger, depression and anxiety".
Since he ended up at the center of the side of the sexual harassment scandal in Hollywood in October 2017, over 30 men have accused Spacey of harassment.
