The previous round of negotiations which resulted in the signing of a method agreement with SNJ, CFDT, Unsa and FO was rendered obsolete by the Covid crisis.

This crisis affected the branches, musical groups and the organization of work.

Sibyle Veil, the president of Radio France and her team have revised their copy to take this into account.

The new plan provides on paper for more departures: 310 compared to 299 initially.

But, in fact, the structure has been totally changed.

Management now proposes to replace one in two departures.

It even goes so far as to advance the figure of 200 hires in two years, favoring the current precarious staff (CDD and CDDU) who are 300 in the group.

In the end, the number of positions eliminated could therefore be limited to around a hundred, i.e. two times less than the initial plan which provided for
