You may be surprised to hear, but my personal experience with Jordan Jerby is not positive.
I have no personal connection to her and I think we never talked.
The only time the two of us met in the same conversation it did not end well.
In short, Jordan was closed for an interview with us in "Israel Today."
After the interview I did with Little Samadja a few weeks earlier, Samadja asked another reporter to interview her, not me.
An illegitimate request by all accounts, but I was busy anyway, so I agreed to pass the article on.
But the black cat that passed between us, which to this day I have no idea where it came from at all, did not change my mind about it because it is impossible not to appreciate its pleasant presence on screen and its contribution to "survival".
For the four people in the country who do not know what I am talking about, I will note that Jerby dominated the game from start to finish.
Without a tiny swimsuit, without selling others, without playing dirty and without unnecessary emotions, she ruled the tribe and commanded her alliance with a level hand.
Her appearances on missions were rare, almost illogical, especially that time she was locked on a pole for long hours and did not let go until she received the chain of immunity.
But other than being a tremendous athlete, which we already knew, we discovered on screen a remarkably intelligent and sophisticated survivor.
The exciting encounter with her father added another captivating side to the personality of the most complex and interesting character of the season.
No argument - after such a season full of intrigue, violence and surprises, all four finalists of "VIP Survival" deserve to win the season to take the million.
Each for his own reasons is.
Even if we were angry at them sometimes, even if they saddened or disappointed, they were all excellent, significant and dominant castings in the game, each in his own way.
But, and this is a but that we will take with us long after the final is over and the winner is announced - the appreciation for Jordan Jerby is described as "crowd favorite", or from the right to be the last survivor.
In this final, one woman reached alongside three strong and dominant men - and she does not fall short of any of them, in any category.
In a violent and blatant season, Jerby has managed to be the best representation of women in reality and a role model for many girls, and nowadays it is quite a bit.
