(ANSA) - TEHRAN, SEPTEMBER 13 - The toll of coronavirus cases in Iran has exceeded 400 thousand: the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Sima Lari, announced today.
According to official data, in the last 24 hours the country has registered 128 new deaths caused by the virus and another 2,089 cases, which have brought the total number of victims to 23,157 and the number of infections to 402,029.
Among the sick, 3,791 patients are in critical condition while 346,242 have recovered.
To date, 3,559,565 tests have been carried out in the country.
