The deal was approved by the Tel Aviv court on Sunday, according to a report.
Israeli citizens residing abroad are not required to declare their income outside the country.
But the Israeli authorities accuse the model and her mother of having created a fictitious residence abroad in order to pass through the Israeli fiscal cracks and pay less taxes.
