The Foreign Ministry will publish the list of green countries tomorrow (Tuesday).

Israel Today has learned that Croatia, which for the past month has been considered green and has received Israelis, will become a red state.

This means that Israelis who remain there have 14 days to return to Israel without the need for isolation.

At the same time, Greece and Bulgaria remain the last two green countries to receive Israeli tourists and the current situation will remain at least until the beginning of October, the date when the next list of green countries will be updated.

Tomorrow, the full list will be officially published, which will include dozens of countries, which, apart from these two, will not receive Israeli tourists at this stage either.

It is important to note that Bulgaria and Greece require corona tests with negative results from the 72 hours before landing at the destination.

During the coming month, tens of thousands of Israelis are expected to leave for these two green countries, who will spend the holiday season and quarantine on vacation in a green country abroad.

Meanwhile, the special ministerial committee headed by Ministers Yuli Edelstein, Miri Regev, Gabi Ashkenazi and Aryeh Deri agreed today (Monday) that air traffic will be allowed during the closure period.

In addition, it was decided that arrival at the airport would be possible by presenting flight tickets valid 4 hours before the flight date.

Following a discussion with the participation of the National Security Council and the professional bodies, it was agreed that the departure and entry of Israelis into Israel through Ben Gurion Airport would be permitted in accordance with the rules of the purple sign.

These are only flights that have already been approved and it will be possible for immigrants to arrive in Israel on a regular basis.
