(ANSA) - TOKYO, SEPTEMBER 14 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts the first session of the week under the banner of caution, awaiting developments on the political front, with the election of the president of the liberal-democratic party who will take the place of the current Prime Minister Shinzo Abe : the Nikkei marks a slightly positive change of 0.13% at the opening, at 23,435.77, with a gain of 29 points.
