The 31st edition of the Dinard Film festival, scheduled from September 30 to October 4, is canceled by decision of the mayor of the city due to the health situation linked to Covid-19, the organizers announced on Wednesday.
The festival, which was to be chaired by Emmanuelle Béart, announced last week its programming and the planned sanitary arrangements, with the "
desire to support the culture and the local economy, while juggling with the sanitary rigor which is essential

It is with a heavy heart that Arnaud Salmon, mayor of Dinard, made the decision to cancel
