Recipe for puff pastries with spinach and feta: you need these ingredients

  • 275 g chilled puff pastry, 1 roll

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 120 g frozen spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 80 g feta + some milk

  • pinch of salt

  • Pinch of pepper

  • 1 egg yolk, size M

  • 2 Table spoons of milk

How to prepare the puff pastries with spinach and feta

  • Preheat your oven to 190 degrees top / bottom heat.

  • Peel the onion and garlic cloves (this is a quick and easy tip) and finely chop both.

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic in it.

    Then add the thawed and well-squeezed frozen spinach and cook for another five minutes.

    Let the spinach cool and then squeeze out

    feta with a fork and a little milk

    into a mass, which you then mix well with the spinach.
