(ANSA) - ISLAND OF LESBOS, SEPTEMBER 17 - A police operation is underway on the Greek island of Lesbos to transfer thousands of migrants who remained on the streets after the fire in the Moria camp a week ago to a new camp.
This was confirmed by an AFP journalist.
Nearly 13,000 refugees lived in dire conditions in Moria: after the fire, thousands of people settled in makeshift shelters on a street corner and in closed supermarket parking lots.
