(ANSA) - MILAN, SEPTEMBER 17 - Enel's board of directors was informed of the receipt of the binding offer sent yesterday by Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets ("MIRA") for the purchase of 50% of Open Fiber, owned by Enel. This offer, according to a note, provides for the recognition of a consideration of approximately € 2.65 billion, net of debt, for the purchase of the shareholding, with adjustment mechanisms and earn out. The board of directors has taken note of the information and remains "unexpected to be updated on the details that may emerge following the necessary in-depth activities with MIRA on the contents of the offer received".
