These emergency measures all passed through the National Center for Cinematography and Animated Image (CNC).
This institution has supported the entire sector by advancing automatic and selective support to film and fiction producers to prevent the entire sector from shutting down completely for lack of money.
But, during the confinement, the CNC was unable to collect the tax revenue collected on tickets to the cinema.
