The company's announcement, which has about 6,000 employees and provided more than 80 million meals last year, comes just two days after the signing of the normalization agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

The new brand will receive a kosher certificate from OU, one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States, which will work with a similar company from South Africa.

Said Muhammad, CEO of the catering company, welcomed the new move: “For many years, we have offered kosher meals to our customers through companies we have worked with.

We have observed the global trend for kosher food, and in accordance with recent developments, we expect a rapid increase in demand for kosher food in the United Arab Emirates and the region. "

"By preparing the kosher food ourselves, we are confident that we will be able to provide the best to our customers," Muhammad added.

"Preparing fresh food here in the UAE gives us greater control over their design and quality."

Ross Kriel, founder of CCL Holdings and president of the Jewish Council in the UAE, said the company was created to meet the rising demand for kosher food in the UAE not just from the Jewish community in the country.

"We are proud to receive such great support from the state, the international community and many rabbis from around the world."
