A constant growth over almost a decade that has brought more and more women into the decision-making bodies of companies and institutions.
A presence achieved thanks to the effects of a law, much discussed at its inception and still today: the Gulf of Moscow law on pink shares in company boards.
The law, approved for the first time in 2012, has unfolded its effects until reaching, according to the latest data, a female presence in the corporate bodies of Italian listed companies, of 36% in administrative positions and 39% in those of control and, last December, it was renewed as part of the Tax Decree linked to the Budget Law.
But how and to what extent has the presence of women changed Italian companies and how much will this affect in the coming years also in the light of generational changes?
The meeting on Wednesday 23 September in streaming at 3 pm on ANSA.IT with Stefano is dedicated to 'The woman in the company - 10 years after women's quotas how the governance of companies in Italy has changed, how it will change in the coming years' De Alessandri, CEO of ANSA, Nadia Linciano, head of the Consob Economic Studies Office, Nicoletta Luppi, CEO of Msd Italia, Paola Mascaro, president of Valore D, Anna Zanardi Cappon, board advisor.
The meeting is moderated by the director of ANSA Luigi Contu.
