I had one of those fears… I can't even put a word on it.
It was total panic, I had the impression that I was going to go back seven years to my beginnings on stage, that I was going to have to relearn not to be afraid anymore, to be funny, to have repartee.
The morning of the premiere, I couldn't stand up straight, I had a stomach ache, a pain in my heart.
I was talking to my body, telling it
to stop overreacting, calm down!
And in fact, it went so well.
I walked towards the stage, I heard people applaud: I get chills just talking about it.
When I got up I cried like never before!
I had missed it too much.
But I have to calm down, there I arrive at the Casino de Paris and I will finish in PLS (
laughs
)!
In your shows, you are usually very “tactile” with your audience.

During the rehearsals, I actually realized that there were a lot of parts that I couldn't do anymore!

The only time I talk about corona is like the second minute of the show.
I tell the public, on the contrary, that we are here to have a good time, so the crisis, the corona, the bills, we forget everything, we evacuate!
And your confinement, how did it go?
At first, very difficult.
Big depression.
Overnight, we are like nothing, we no longer work, we no longer serve anything.
We inevitably start asking questions: who am I, what am I used for… It's unsettling.

We were confined to Biarritz with Kevin's family.
At the end of two weeks, we said to ourselves at one point

We had this film project for a little while, we had started writing in January, but with the dates in Paris, the tour was starting, it was impossible.
We got back to it and we shot in August with Rodolphe Lauga

We both play in it with Kevin.

When I see, for example, the dates at the Casino de Paris fill up so quickly, I say to myself
