The 72nd Emmy Awards ceremony took place last night (Sunday) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, USA, when for the first time ever, following the outbreak of the corona plague in the world, the ceremony took place in a virtual format and without a red carpet.
The evening was hosted by host Jimmy Kimmel in an empty hall, flanked by several stars to give awards including actress Jennifer Aniston, actor Jason Bateman, actress Tracy Alice Ross and more.
Photographers sent to photograph all the award-winning actors who have held small, local events with their friends and families in their private homes or luxurious hotel rooms.
No doubt we were a little worried that we had heard that the event would be virtual and there would be no red carpet because for us the costume parade on the red carpet is the most important part of the event.
Despite all this, the actors invested heavily, and managed to wear extravagant and elegant looks even in their bedroom or in the garden of their homes, so that they provided the world with some glamorous moments during this strange period.
And these are the most prominent attendees for the Emmy 2020 awards ceremony, even without a red carpet:
Shira Haas
Israeli actress Shira Haas was nominated in the Best Actress category in a mini-series alongside amazing actresses from around the world, including Regina King, Cate Blanchett, Kerry Washington and Octavia Spencer.
Although Haas lost the publicity to Regina King for her role in the series "The Guardians", she still holds the amazing title of the first Israeli to be nominated for an Emmy.
Haas participated in the ceremony in a small event held at the Kandinoff House in Tel Aviv, and in honor of the event in question, she wore a couture floral strapless dress by the French fashion house Chanel, an amazing and unique sequined dress that was flown especially to her.
Haas combined with the dress Jimmy Choo heel sandals for Factory 54 and Padney's glittery and luxurious jewelry that completed the look to be precise, chic and glamorous.
The look in question was the responsibility of stylist Sivan Chimi together with the beauty team, which included hair stylist Eden Yerushalmi, makeup artist Sapir and Rubel, eyebrow stylist Moshik Taco and renowned fashion photographer Yaniv Edri.

Zendaya
The Zandaya star is nominated for the first time in her life, and made history in the world when she became the youngest ever winner of the Emmy Award - at just 24, for her role in the series Euphoria.
In honor of the class and the virtual event, the star wore two locks.
For the first look she wore a black and purple Christopher John Rodgers dress, a unique dress with a wide square neckline and puffy shoulder pads and an oval oversized skirt, and in honor of the exciting winning moment and a small event in her hotel room, Zendaya wore a personally designed George dress Hugh Armenian Priva and Bulgari Jewelry.
The Emmy winner completed the look with tall, puffy curly hair and smoky eye makeup.
Watching her winning moment on the Instagram page it was impossible not to get excited with her.
Yara Shahidi
The actress Yara Shahidi wore an amazing Prada-designed dress, a dress that included a black ostrich feather corset and a skirt made entirely of glittering, silver crystal stones, which she combined with Cartier jewelry.
Tracy Alice Ross
Actress Tracy Alice Ross always knows how to knock a show, even when it comes to a self-isolating event, so she decided that no matter what and despite the situation, she would step on a red carpet, and she laid out a red carpet in her garden at home.
In honor of the virtual ceremony, the star wore a maxi dress made of metallic gold fabric by Alexander Watier, a halter-cut dress with a deep V-neckline and a high slit in the middle and dozens of layers of ruffles in the skirt that created a feminine and luxurious look.

Aniston often wears black dresses for glittering events so it is no surprise that this was her choice, but given the fact that this year the actresses invested more to stand out and transmit high energies to the world, it was disappointing.
After leaving the hall she met with the iconic actresses from friends, Lisa Cudrow and Courtney Cox, and together they watched the event and went up for a surprising zoom conversation with Kimmel in front of the whole world.
