In the municipality they form only one candidate for mayor, but there is no quorum

For only 58 votes the quorum was not reached, therefore Lesina (Foggia) will not have its mayor and will have to return to the vote.

This is what the Prefecture of Foggia announces.

The singular case happened in the municipality of Foggiano where, in addition to the referendum and the regional ones, there was also a vote for the renewal of the municipal council.

At the electoral competition only one center-right list was presented with only one candidate for the tricolor band: Primiano Leonardo Di Mauro at the head of the civic "Lesina Azzurra".

For the vote to be valid, 50% plus one of the 5,746 voters would have to go to the polls. The turnout was 49.01%, therefore we will return to vote for the renewal of the city council probably next spring.
