- For employees who can, yes, because of new practices in terms of work-life balance.

Currently, many employees who have tasted more flexibility and leeway in their "schedule" want to work without returning to the office every day.

But with qualified teleworking, we switch from salaried work with an obligation of means (the person is there and controlled) to an obligation of result closer to the self-employed (the job must be done, and well done).
