In recent days, Markle had urged the American community to vote during a special ABC presentation, telling viewers: "Every four years, they tell us: 'This is the most important election of our life.' But this one is. ".
However, when Trump was asked about Markle's comments, Trump responded visibly annoyed: "I'm not a fan of hers. I wish Harry good luck, because he's going to need it."

For his part, Harry, who is not a US citizen, noted that he will not be able to vote this year and acknowledged that he has never voted in the United Kingdom, as royalty is expected to remain politically neutral.
However, he urged Americans to be aware of the type of information they consume both online and offline.
"It is time to not just reflect, but to act. As we approach this November, it is vital that we reject hate speech, misinformation and negativity online," he said.
"When we vote, our values are put into action, and our voices are heard," Markle added on the show, which featured the 100 most influential people of 2020 according to

In August, the 39-year-old Markle had been more outspoken and called for "change" on the occasion of the November US presidential elections, in which Trump is seeking re-election.
