The year 2020 will have been a very dark year for American rappers.
After Juice Wrld, Pop Smoke, KJ Balla or Nick Blixky, it was FXXXXY who died last week.
Unlike her colleagues, Maudell Watkins of her real name was not shot in the middle of the street, at home, nor died following an overdose, but during a "routine" operation, having gone wrong.

In 2016 and 2017, FXXXXY released two EPs titled
Cartel Shawty
and
Flawed Up Shawty
.
He had become known through his collaborations with Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Durk, but especially with rapper Future on his album
High Off Life
released in May.
Two weeks ago, the young man from Dallas shared the music video for his latest song,
Paranoia / # 1 Stunna
, which is currently counting nearly 100,000 views.
Commemorations will be organized in the Texan city to pay tribute to him.
