The government approved the following regulations in a telephone poll:
1. * Regulations of special powers to deal with the corona virus - Restrictions on stay in the public space: *
Regulations of the Ministry of Health for additional restrictions in the full closure that began today at 14:00.
The following restrictions have been added:
A.
The permitted exit from the place of residence to the action or purpose permitted will only be in the area of the locality where the person's place of residence is located (for example, shopping in supermarkets or pharma products).
Except for actions or purposes that cannot be performed without leaving a person's locality of residence (for example, a vital worker leaving his workplace outside the city, or a person leaving to assist a person with difficulty living in another locality).
B.
No departure from the place of residence for the flight will be allowed, except for one of the following reasons only:
* For an action or purpose permitted by regulations (such as for medical purposes)
* In addition, and in order not to damage the reliance of passengers who have purchased airline tickets up to this date, a flight of those who purchased a flight ticket up to the date 25.9.20 will be allowed, for any need.
* A mechanism of exceptional approvals will be established by the Director General of the Ministry of Transportation, regarding the flight of a person who does not meet one of the permitted needs, and for those who purchased a ticket after the set date (25.9).

The possibility of leaving for "complementary medicine" treatment will be abolished, and the possibility of opening a public and business place for the provision of complementary medicine treatments to the public will be prohibited.
** It will be clarified that this does not detract from the possibility of receiving medical treatment, which in accordance with the law includes treatment by all health professionals: psychologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, communication clinician, nutritionist-dietitian, clinical criminologist, podiatrist, surgeon podiatrist and chiropractor.
D.
Operating a place for the training of an athlete will be possible only for an international athlete, and not for any competitive athlete.

The government has approved the allocation of an additional 500 soldiers to reinforce the Israel Police for this task so that the total number of soldiers will stand at 1,500 soldiers.
According to the mechanism set out in the government decision, it will be possible to increase the number of soldiers by another 500 with the consent of the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Internal Security.
