(ANSA) - PARIS, SEPTEMBER 26 - Ali H., the 18-year-old Pakistani car who yesterday seriously injured two people in Paris with a butcher's cleaver in a terrorist attack, told investigators that he had done so because "he could not stand the publications of the prophet Muhammad" published again recently from the satirical newspaper, and confessed that he was convinced to hit Charlie Hebdo, not knowing that the editorial staff of the satirical magazine had instead moved to a secret and ultra-protected place for 4 years now.

The sources of the investigation reveal this.

The Pakistani also said he scoured the area several times before taking action and the presence of a bottle of alcohol in his purse yesterday was due to his initial plan to set the building on fire.

Meanwhile, the police have ascertained that the Algerian fermatoieri after the attack was not an accomplice of the assailant, but a man who had observed him and who tried to stop him.

For this reason, after a few hours of detention he was already released last night.

Instead, there was a new detention in Paris, during the night, in relation to the attack yesterday in front of the former headquarters of Charlie Hebdo.

He is a former roommate of Ali H .. (ANSA).
