(ANSA) - SAN NICANDRO GARGANICO (FOGGIA), SEPTEMBER 27 - The municipal councilor Costantino Valentino Sassano of SanNicandro Garganico (Foggia) was arrested and placed with his family after being found in possession of a pistol, illegally detained.
According to what has been learned, during the check in a block post, on 24 September just outside San Nicandro, the gun was found in his car and he was detained by the Carabinieri. Accused of abusive carrying of arms, he is under house arrest awaiting the hearing to validate the arrest that will be held tomorrow morning in front of the Gip of the Court of Foggia.
