Even the Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, welcomed the initiative on Tuesday at the Grand Paris summit.
A communications group, Heroiks, whose core business is media consulting and purchasing (MyMedia), has joined forces with Arkéa Banque Entreprises to create “LeCréditPub”, a credit offering intended to encourage advertising investments.
Its objective: to contribute to a rebound in consumption by encouraging SMEs and mid-caps to reinvest.
This offer, which is reserved for them, allows them to contract a loan of 500,000 to 2 million euros over 7 years (2 years deferral then 5 years of repayment) at an individual fixed rate.
It is aimed at companies over three years old with healthy finances.

The government is now encouraging an approach that could have given results as early as last spring if Bercy had not opposed it.
At the time, the Union des Marques and other players in the advertising industry had proposed the creation of a communication tax credit.
