According to SPIEGEL information, the Islamist Raschid K. was deported.

He had to leave the country last Thursday and is not allowed to enter the Federal Republic for ten years.

The dpa news agency had previously reported on it.

Raschid K. is deeply rooted in the Salafist scene and at the same time apparently involved in organized crime.

Last year, DER SPIEGEL reported that investigators found a sharp weapon on him - and a judge at the Düsseldorf District Court released him at the end of April.

Shortly after the report, the court had Raschid K. arrested, probably under public pressure.

The Neuss District Court finally sentenced him to 18 months in prison without parole for possession of weapons.

Raschid K. immigrated to Germany from Chechnya in 2004.

A year later, his asylum application was rejected.

A deportation of Raschid K. has not yet been possible because his home state Russia stated that he did not know a man with his personal details.

Therefore he did not get any passport substitute papers.

The tolerance has been extended again and again since 2005.

Real personal details given

This has changed now.

The Ministry of Refugees in North Rhine-Westphalia confirmed that a "foreigner who was classified as dangerous by the police and who had already appeared several times under criminal law" had been returned to his home country Russia.

The person concerned was identified by the Russian authorities thanks to his "correct personal details".

Thereupon papers were issued.
