ע The Ofer Malls Group offers free deliveries from the mall stores for purchases over NIS 50.

In addition, shipments will arrive within 24 hours.

The service is offered through the MY OFER app and on the company's website.

The service will start from today, but it has not been announced which of the networks will take part in the process.

The service offered by the group of malls does not include a payment arrangement - which will be performed in front of each store separately.

In this way, the mall will serve as a logistics center for the stores and will allow the residents of the city where the mall is located to continue their shopping on closing days.

Moshe Rosenblum, CEO of Ofer Malls, told Israel Today that "we are trying to keep the wheels of the economy moving despite the decrees imposed by the state and the closures designed to stop the spread of the plague."

The economy must not be stopped.

Getting out of the first closure was difficult. "

According to him, after the purchase in the mall store, the pick-up and delivery service will be provided by Ofer Malls employees and will allow continued employment of employees and avoidance of illness, mall employees and retail employees.

Rosenblum clarifies that the list of participating stores has not yet been compiled.

"I started with the smaller brands now and moved on to the larger brands. I turned to Harel Wiesel, for example; Avi Shomer, the owner of Sefarim Junction, said it would help them a lot to carry out the errands to the homes."

We asked Rosenblum if Ofer Malls is actually firing the opening shot upon entering the online sales market: "No, not really. I do not intend to go online. I do not see Melisron as a digital store. Melisron runs malls and it will help tenants raise revenue in any way possible. I'm not going to compete with my tenants in opening an online store. "
