Covid-19: rejection of the appeal against the closure of bars in Marseille and Aix

The Marseille administrative court rejected the appeal they had filed against the decree imposing the total closure for 15 days of bars and restaurants in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.

Behind Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, 11 cities including Paris, Lyon, Nice or Lille had been placed in enhanced alert zone in the face of the epidemic, during the announcements of Olivier Véran on September 23.

In these towns, bars must close at 10 p.m., while restaurants can serve until 12:30 a.m.

This Wednesday, the prefecture of the Var announced the closure of bars and restaurants in all the municipalities of the department between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. from October 1 to 15.
